Our cat sitter looked after our cats 🐈🐈‍⬛ from the 12th of July to the 24th of July, with two visits per day, and made firm friends with them. Our cat sitter sent us regular daily updates and looked after our home, sending any queries via photos and videos, and also sorted the bin collection days. Overall, our opinion was that the service was excellent, and we felt everything was in very capable hands.

She took the trouble to come to our house and meet me and the cat before our holiday, and her calm demeanour and sensible questions about how best to look after Duchess were both professional and reassuring. When it came to our holiday, she sent us photographs and little video clips of Duchess, which were very much appreciated. Duchess was always very pleased to see her. She took time to give the cat a good old fuss, play with her toys, and then freshen up the food and water. Terms of Service Summary

By using our services, you accept these terms and agree to pay all applicable fees. This agreement applies to all repeat bookings.1. Booking & Payments
Quotes & Adjustments: Quotes are valid for 6 months. Final pricing may adjust based on fuel costs, distance, number of cats, special needs, or visit duration (notified in advance).
Bookings made with less than 1 week's notice are subject to an additional fee.
Where a parking permit is required, it must be arranged before the start of the cat sitting service.
Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received via Bank Transfer or Cash prior to the start date.
Invoices & Records: Final invoices are issued after service completion to reflect any changes or additional visits. We retain financial records for 6 years.2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We manage a tight schedule to ensure all cats get the care they need. If your plans change, our refund structure is as follows:60+ days notice: Full (100%) refund.
30–59 days notice: 50% refund.
15–29 days notice: 25% refund.
Less than 15 days notice: Non-refundable.
Early Returns: No refunds or credits are given if you return home early.Rescheduling: Last-minute date changes are subject to availability and are granted at our sole discretion. Note: Peak periods (holidays) may require longer notice.3. Emergencies & Financial Fees
Late Payments: A £15 admin fee applies to overdue balances.Emergency Vet Visits: Charged at £30 + £15 per half-hour, plus vet fees. (We use Medivet Watford for 24-hour care if your vet is unreachable). Owners are responsible for direct vet payments.Emergency Supplies: £15 admin fee plus the cost of supplies.Locksmith/Access Issues: If keys or locks fail and we can't reach you, a locksmith will be called at your expense, plus a £15 fee per additional half-hour.4. Pet & Property Care Responsibilities
Owner Provisions: You must provide adequate food and litter. We are not liable for pet damage to the home or issues arising while pets are left alone.Outdoor Access & Crates: We do not let cats out unless a cat flap is present, and we cannot care for cats kept in crates. Overnight outdoor stays must be pre-approved.Health Requirements: Cats must be vaccinated, wormed, and flea-treated. We do not service homes with active flea infestations. Cats over 16 or with medical conditions may require a vet check within 6 months of care.Third-Party Access: You must inform us if anyone else (cleaners, friends) has access to your home; our insurance does not cover third-party damages.5. GDPR & Data Privacy
Data Security: Your data is stored securely and only shared with third parties (like vets) when strictly necessary.Media Consent: We may share photos/videos of your cat (using only their name) on our website or Facebook. To opt out, email us at [email protected].
